"Decent rates, but not perfect"
I’ve used it a few times and the rates were usually better than what my bank offered, which was nice. I’m happy overall, though there were a couple moments where the process felt a bit slower or less smooth than I expected...

"Account verification was quicker than expected"
I wasn’t really sure how smooth the SingX verification process would be, but it actually went better than I expected. The steps were clear, and uploading the usual documents didn’t take much effort. I thought it might drag on, but my account got approved fairly quickly. Overall, it was surprisingly hassle-free

I tried SingX once because the exchange rate looked decent, and that part was fine. But the transfer itself took much longer than I expected, which made the whole experience a bit stressful for me. I reached out to support, but I didn’t really get much clarity, so I was left waiting without knowing what was going on. Maybe it works better for others, but based on my experience, I’m not sure I’d use it again

I’ve used SingX a couple of times now, and I’m quite pleased with the experience. The fees were shown clearly upfront, and there were no unexpected charges later on. It felt simple and transparent, which I really appreciated.

I’ve used SingX a few times now, and yeah, it’s been solid so far. The transfers showed up when they said they would, and I haven’t run into any random delays or annoying surprises.
The security checks can feel like a lot the first time around, not gonna lie. But after going through it, I actually felt better about using the service, like they’re taking things seriously.
The rates were clear too, which I appreciate. Nothing felt hidden or confusing, just a straightforward experience overall.

"Almost Too Easy to Use"
I’ve used SingX a few times now, it’s been way simpler than I expected. The steps are clear, nothing feels confusing, and tracking the transfer is really straightforward. Not gonna lie, it was so smooth I almost started wondering what they know that other services don’t. But yeah, no drama, no weird surprises, just an easy experience overall.

"Helpful support when something went wrong"
I had a small issue with my transfer, so I reached out to SingX support. they got back to me faster than I expected and clearly explained what they needed from my side. It did take a little longer to fully sort out than I would’ve liked, but the support person was polite, patient, and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. At the end of the day, when something involves your money, basic communication and decent service matter a lot, and they handled it well
